Olá a Todos,
Consegui solucionar o problema com os seguintes passos:
1) Fazer BackUp de tudo e reinstalar o sistema via pendrive. (LINK: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1080595?hl=pt-BR). Isso fará o sistema ser instalado na versão: Versão 43.0.2357.134. Essa versão o teclado Americano Internacional funciona perfeitamente os acentos.
2) Atualizar o sistema para a versão mais nova: Versão 44.0.2403.90. (LINK: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=pt-BR). Essa versão infelizmente não funcionam os acentos.
3) Voltar a versão anterior como nos falou o amigo Dymphe.

- Sign out of your Chromebook.
- When the sign-in screen appears, press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R.
- When the dialog for Powerwash opens, press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R again.
- Click Revert, then follow the instructions that appear.
- After your Chromebook restarts, sign in with your Google Account and set up your Chromebook.
Note: The account you sign in with after you reset your Chromebook will be the owner account.

Caso futuramente queira atualizar a versão novamente, basta fazer o passo 2.
